How much does care cost?

It depends on the care plan the doctor provides for you and the length of your treatment plan. There are many factors that determine this all of which will be discussed at your report of findings.

Are you covered under health insurance?

Your treatment at Premier Chiropractic is covered under most major Irish health companies (VHI, Quinn etc.) The amount of cover depends on the type of plan you have. Please contact your insurer for further details.

How long will it take to get better?

Everybody recovers at different rates depending on many factors such as length of time with injury, the severity of the injury, compliance with treatment plan etc. We will be able to give you an estimate of your recovery time during your report of findings.

Do you work with medical doctors?

Yes we do. We have an excellent relationship with local GP’s some of which have been patients at our clinic.

Will you suggest exercises or other things I can do?

Yes. We will go through with you all the exercises and nutritional advise you will need to aid your recovery to optimal health.

Do I need a referral from a physician or my insurance company?

No, as chiropractic is a primary health care profession you do not need a referral from anyone. You can make the appointment yourself.

Will I get adjusted on the first visit?

If we can start with treatment straight away on the first visit we will. It depends on our findings during our consultation and whether or not we need to take an SEMG scan or not.

Can someone who has had back surgery see a chiropractor?

Yes we have many chiropractic patients who have had previous back surgery. We have specific treatment protocols for people who have undergone surgery yielding tremendous results.
